In this class, you’ll use everything.
It’s personal, it’s logic-based, reason-based and spiritual
It’s supposed to be fun
Not fun like roller coasters are fun, but it’s supposed to be stimulating and satisfying
It’s very much like kneading bread
increasing, not decreasing
This is an extraordinarily difficult exercise
But know
You are not alone
You are not alone
You have the whole world’s love

i like the way your ‘life lesson’ applies to this group and what it’s doing and I like it very much as a life lesson.
